Today I made little teensy vanilla cupcakes! While waiting for it to finish baking, I made the icing. I don't know why but didn't make the usual icing that I make. Instead I decided to melt the butter (for some odd reason) and THEN add it into the icing sugar mixture. SO, without meaning to...I made something similar to FONDANT! Great! So what did I do with my great discovery? I rolled it out flat (well, before that I added a bit of pink food colouring-just to make it look nice and pretty) and then cut flowers out of it. But as always, I got a bit tired and bored with it so I just cut out a few and with the rest of the cupcakes, I just sprinkled sprinkles on! Haha...the lazy way of decorating!
